Received this watch for Christmas and I noticed a deep scratch on the face on January 6. I don't remember hitting the watch on anything; I only wear it to work and had it on under a sweater all day, so the scratch is from what I would call normal wear and tear. Because of this watch's sleek design, the face is not protected from scratching. Also, the side buttons are very easy to bump; often, when I check the time, my watch displays "chrono" meaning the mode button has been bumped.
