I love this watch! I did, however, want to immediately return it after taking it out of the box. I neglected to take measurements into account, and this watch is very big and heavy for a small wrist. That being said, I love it. The white is stunning with a touch of gold on the face, and the band is thick white leather. I longed for the days when you could put a watch on that kept reasonable time and did not have to have batteries replaced when it was least convenient to do so. Wearing it right now and this is my second one after the first one got crushed in a freak accident. (luckily I wasn't wearing it at the time!) I liked it so much in the short time I had the old one, I went out to buy a new one and couldn't find it in stores. So I bought it here.

This is a man's watch and fits great on larger men. I'm 6'2" and approx. 250 lbs so the watch fits just fine, keeps good time and is easy to read especially with my nearly 50 year-old eyes. The glass is slightly curved and I think produces a slight magnification of the dial. Very classic and classy.

I got this from Chelsea Watch and that was easy. The watch runs well and I ran it under the facet and it seems waterproof so I'm happy. The face is bigger than a lady would wear but definitely smaller than you'd see on a man so it truly is unisex....so it's easy to read. The case isn't as thick as many unisex waterproof watches, which I like.

I've owned this Timex Perpetual for over two months now, and I must say, this is hands down the most accurate and attractive watch I've ever owned. The subtle but handsomely textured face and well contrasted hands are amazingly legible allowing the user to ascertain the time with a quick glance, as easily as digital's readout. And you know what you read is THE time, or incredibly darn close to it. I myself set my watch *once* 60+ days ago to the right time, and to date the thing has only lost 5 seconds! As for the crystal and band, both are holding their luster quite well, remaining scratch-free and pleasing to the eye (with the exception of the clasp itself, which has scuffed a bit, but I am rough on my watches). Even the Indiglow light works quite well, even though it's usually not needed given the hands' and pips' decent luminous glow in the dark. Bought this watch for a cruise vacation i just came back from. Watch looks nice and has solid feel to it. I somehow thougth Timex was a no-nonsense inexpensive quality watch. What happened here is this: whenever i bent my hand upwards i would occaisionally press the bezel which would illuminate the watch. if it were only for that second or some, no problem. BUT the buttion would somehow get 'stuck' and the illumination would stay on for minutes at a time, or until i manually pullled on the bezel a bit. to make a long story short, the battery went dead after only 10 days of use! this watch keeps time fine. but you cannot read the time at night without a lot of twisting and turning despite the iniglow. The hands are almost invisible aqinst the lighted black surface and the reflective crystal. they should be illuminated or at least have reflectors on them. also, and this may be my fault, the metal band came undone after a few months of my wearing it. the watch is truly water and shock resistant. i like the day and date function.
