I got the OVA version of the watch, and it took a while to get used to the side-of-the-wrist positioning. The big numerals are easy to check at a glance while walking, hiking and jogging. But while typing or in a meeting, looking at your watch can be more overt than with a normally positioned watch. Which may or may not be an advantage.
